Uncle Donnie

This past weekend I lost a friend who was very dear to my heart. An old fella who always had a witty remake, a corny joke or a very entertaining, lengthy story from 'back in the day.' He was the type of person who could make you laugh at the drop of a hat, he just had that kind of a personality. He was always a unforgettable presence at the pit-stops and especially around the campfires at the ADK 90 miler every year. He was everyone's uncle whether he was actually related or not. I, as well as hundreds of other people who also attended his wake and funeral this past weekend will miss him tons!!!
